This place is no good! How you treating a patient and your equipment don't work! How you treating a patient, but you leave to go help someone else? They more important? How you don't have enough Docs/ Nurses or whatever medical field they in, to do what needs to be done! Security's education so rudimentary in this place, acting like they know everything. I could've been dying in the ER and I would leave to go elsewhere anytime! Y'all need to tighten up!

I was extremely impressed with their MRI and nuclear Medicine department. The staff here was not only very professional but they also had the best State of the Art equipment in line with other hospital like NYU medical. What was even more impress was how Mr Eric Bates had his entire team working in such great professional cohesion with each other making sure that his team were professional and prepared. He also ensures that each of the patients know what to expect and that charts were complete and equipment up to par. Nicole, the young lady in the front, was extremely warm and kind to every patient who entered no matter what their socioeconomic background appeared to be. She even knew her retuning patients in a 1st name basis. The space was very clean, and well maintained. There was no over crowding and long waiting. Exceptional Job. Keep up the good work.

I really wanted to select no stars but obviously that’s not an option . I went in for labor pains and came out with a c section. This was the most horrible experience of my life. The nurses were literally having a outside voice argument in my room that escalated to the hall way . Disgusting. Then no one came to clean my room , give me sanitary pads or any help for that matter until i called about three times. One even botched putting in an IV can I say painful ! Ladies and Husband DO NOT EVEN DO IT. Please go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional environment. Patients are not treated with respect. Three hours waiting just to get my 10 years old daughter’s vitals checked after complaining of strong headaches. Only one person working in Triage who had to check both adults and children. They had us wait in the adults waiting area, with people coughing and sneezing, and homeless people. When I complained about it they directed me to what used to be their children’s waiting area. I ended up walking out of the hospital without my daughter seeing a doctor. If there was a lower rating, I would definitely rate them 0.

Even if I can give zero star I'll do don't wast your time to go to this hospital organization zero they don't treat patients with consideration for my part it was the woman health center 14th they have too much attitude OMG I've just receive a good education for don't say something wast of time appointment not respect you can do 5 or 6 hours before to see a doctor I'm actually pregnant and I'm looking for another hospital it's always come Monday when you there Monday after 5 hrs waiting ooh you have to Come Thursday and the same things doctor don't look you more never in the hospital it's like they have only one doctor for all the patients no sense
