Brooks Memorial Hospital

These ppl are monsters!!! i went to the ER because i had bronchitis that wouldn't go away and after a chest X-ray and the doctor telling me that my chest docent sound good, the doctor told me id be fine and let me go with nothing. Later in the week I went to a real doctor who knows what they are doing and he said that i should have been proscribed antibiotics. not to mention the 2 and a half hour long wait just for the doctor to poke his head in and say everything ok and then he came back an hour later and actually attended to me. Yes that means that i waited for over 3 hours just to be seen and they didn't even help me. If you want to worsen your health go to this hospital! otherwise go to a real hospital with real funding.

This hospital sucks. Over 3 hours just waiting to be seen in the er. Staff is polite, but they have a new computer system and they have no clue how to use it. If they really are committed to patient care, they could start in the er

Go for an x-ray end up waiting an hour while other people go ahead of me, nothing new will have to go somewhere else next time

Drive to Buffalo, you’ll end up saving a few hours

Admitted for a heart problem and was well taken care of by the facility and staff at hand. Their nurses are personable and I would go back if an emergency ever happened again.
