Cache Valley Hospital

I was very impressed with the staff at Cache Valley hospital. It was smaller but very friendly and well equipped for what we needed for our delivery. I was induced and had a 42 hour labor. I can say I met most of the nurses and staff there. Each one was professional and helpful during the time we interacted with them. Our baby also had to be in the NICU facility and I felt comfortable leaving him in there with each nurse that was on duty. We loved how well they took care of us and was understanding and helpful to our situation. They also provided a celebratory dinner that was very good. We would recommend Cache Valley to our friends and family.

The amount that they care is astonishing. I had a billing concern with my insurance showing I owed cache valley hospital a sum, what my insurance didn't tell me is that they had only just finalized everything 2 days ago with cache valley and cache valley was awaiting the insurance payment. I called cache valley's 3rd party payment portal and the person I talked to said they showed no billing owing for me. I was able to call the hospital and get over to the billing side of things. A Coleen was able to help me and let me know that I would be receiving the bill soon and explained why in a clear manor and went above and beyond, clearing up all concerns I had. I don't know a ton about how health insurance works as I am young and I appreciated the professional demeanor!

I absolutely loved giving birth at the Cache Valley Hospital!! The nurses are phenomenal and helped me have a wonderful birth experience! I wouldn’t want to have a baby anywhere else!

I LOVE the labor and delivery unit. I just had my second baby there and the care is fantastic. It has such a quiet and relaxing environment and you always get one on one care from the nurses. They are also very supportive of whatever birthing method you feel is right for you. I tell everyone to go to Cache Valley Hospital.

Doctor Hansen and his staff were kind, and I could tell that Dr Hansen not only genuinely cared about my health, but that he was also very knowledgeable about his practice. I have full confidence in his abilities and I appreciated his kindness, willingness to answer my questions, and the conversation he had. Thanks Doc!
