I had a complete shoulder replacement at Mission Bernal Campus. From start to finish everyone on staff was exceptional. They were smart, professional and friendly which made my surgery and post op as good as could be. THANKS TO ALL.

I needed to get a last minute scan conducted and was going to be out of town. The folks went out of their way to schedule me same day, even went above and beyond to ensure my insurance would carry over with the new appointment. It didn’t stop there either, the folks who helped me were so kind, thorough and courteous during the scan process. It’s a brand new facility too. Incredible experience here.

From the time I arrived as a anxious first surgery patient, until the day I left the facility, I was given the best treatment imaginable. I will not try to name all the nurses or technicians on or associate with the 6th floor, as I would surely/unintentionally leave someone out. But they as well a the Occasional and Physical health technician teams were the most caring, compassionate professionals I could have hoped for. Highly competent at their task of patient care! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone requiring a surgical procedure!

Today was my first visit to San Francisco Urgent Care. I am very impressed. I didn't wait long and saw CPMC Mission Bernal Campus soon after. Very clean and efficient company. I will definitely use them again.

I went in for a standard chest CT scan. To be sure I could avoid getting charged too much, I asked how much it would cost. They told me $3,200, while my last provider charged $2,700. I had been having chest pains so I went in for it anyways. Instead of $3,200, they charged me over $11,000 and did not negotiate with my insurance. They have denied attempts at appeal and their "charity care" provides a laborious process that likely prevents them from reducing the cost. They expect me to pay up within a month of the charge. Instead, I will be paying this off for a decade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
