Very considerate, helpful, caring staff, nurses, and doctors. Knowledgeable and sanitary conditions. Exceeding patient care in our opinion. Cafeteria needs to improve. But everything else excellent.

Our experience was phenomenal was Camden Clark Medical Center. The staff in the Emergency Room were very accommodating and willing to assist us with anything we needed from putting us in contact with the representatives we needed to be in contact with from Westbrook and giving us recommendations for lodging when the representatives from Westbrook mislead us and the hospital staff on information they previously guaranteed us. We live FOUR HOURS away and were supposed to work with the representatives from Westbrook to get our loved one the Rehabilitation they needed. Camden Clark did an amazing job at putting us in contact with the correct people from an outside agency as this was not the first incident they had with Westbrook misinforming them or their patients! I highly recommend Camden Clark Medical Center!

Good OBGYN practice here. All other needs that a major hospital would offer could be found here or getting referred to a specialist.

I do not eat meat, I planned on getting a salad but they had no options of pre packaged salads that didn't have meat in them. I instead ordered a spicy black bean burger. I look over and she is cooking this said burger in the microwave! The microwave!! She informed me that it was she was told to do. Then made the excuse "well they come frozen so.." I said " aren't your beef patties frozen when you receive them" of course her answer was yes. I said " so where does it make sense to microwave the black bean but actually cook the beef." She says cross contamination, however that is not a valid excuse for me as it would take less than a minute to clean the surface and cook the black bean burger correctly. Now I get this burger out to eat, and I tell you what, it was the most soggiest, undercooked vegan burger I've ever eaten. Absolutely ridiculous the place where you're supposed to get better doesn't even offer more health foods. Proves more that modern medicine and the facilities that encompass that field only want you to stay sick and docile. Will not eat here again unless something is done about the way they look at food and the correlation between gut health and overall dieting has on your health. They(meat and dairy industries) are poisoning you all and the people responsible for your health do not care because you being sick keeps money in their pockets. Wake the hell up people.

I had to pay a bill that my secondary insurance was late paying. After I paid 185.00 the insurance paid 3days later. Camden Clark held my refund Ransom for another physician bill that ac curd a month later for 20.76. They never billed my secondary ins which would have paid this until i called 4/22/2019. They still refused to refund my money a disabled senior citizen on fixed income! They told me it is their policy! bobby was a over bearing loud mouth on the phone and could care less! I want every one to know that I filed with the Fed Consumer protection and the State Attorney Gen in West Virginia then I get a refund. I advise anyone in the area to beware and not use this Unlawful organization. The only thing they want is your money and do not care about the undo stress put on you. Larry Allen
