The quality of medical assistance is a joke. Staff may be friendly and willing to help but that does not make up for the lack of assistance with medical issues. I personally have hearing problems and was told by their "specialist" my hearing loss is perfectly normal. I am only 30 years old and consistently cant hear my wife talking to me even when there is very little noise around me to interfere.

Always helpful! Good people. Only issue is it can be confusing to navigate the facility.

Lots of great services here for vets, from homeless help, to crisis lines, to basic triage for all your medical needs. As a vet, I am super happy to come here and get everything I need addressed, with a hello from everybody as I walk around. Literally anybody will help you here. Be aware of all the moves going on due to construction but parking is still normal and all operations here are a go. 5 stars is the least i would give this great place, even a small store/cafeteria that you can fill up at and get some military attire for your vets in your life or yourself.

This place is the reason why the veteran suicide rate is so high. The doctors slap a band-aid on yah and send you on your way with no follow up. On two separate occasions I came here, both times on the verge of a mental breakdown and all I got was an appointment with a social worker... WEEKS later. Another time I came here to get help with physical therapy, I ended up worse than before. Also, the construction has literally turned this place into a maze. Just over all very disgusted by the thought of even going here for future appointments.

My father is a veteran and he has gone here so many times for help, and all they do the bare minimum. He is very hard of hearing and the hearing aids that he was given by the VA are absolute garbage....and they refuse to replace them even though they are broken and he can hear nothing but static. He had a hearing test done today with a real hearing professional, and they said the reason why he can't hear anything is because the VA hearing aids are junk. He now has to pay thousands of dollars just so he can hear my voice.
