been in a room for 2 hours and not even a nurse has came in or a dr. Ridiculous. Starting to think they forgot about me

Received a bill in the mail and there is no option to pay online. I had no issue with the staff I encountered (who were great), but this is absolutely unacceptable in 2019 and a flagrant display of incompetence on the part of those managing the hospital.
