Cascade Valley Hospital

This is a great smaller hospital with a fantastic staff and modern, clean facilities. Was seen by an ER doctor within 10 minutes of arrival, and everything was thoroughly and clearly explained. After being admitted, I think almost every person on the floor came into my room and introduced themselves.

My visit to Cascade Emergency department was not very pleasant, while waiting for a family member who was being examined in the back I fell asleep in the waiting room. I was not being obnoxious or causing any type of scene... just fell asleep waiting. Security came and woke me up to let me know I cannot sleep while waiting. This made me feel extremely unwelcome, next time I will go to Providence in Everett where they treat you like family.

I was in the ER today and my nurse was Nicole. She was the best. I've always had good nurses but Nicole has compassion, she really cares, she makes sure she did all she could to make me feel comfortable, she communicates, so considerate, respectful and I could and on. She is such a sweetheart. I felt like everything was going to go the best it could be. She's a great nurse and I give HER 5 stars. Shes young and I'm so impressed and proud of her.

I was in the ER for chest pains on 08/6/2019. The staff that took care of me where amazing. Nurse John was very kind and helpful. I was impressed how well he and the staff took care of me. Dr Derek Nakayama is a great doctor. He explained everything to me in detail. To all the staff that worked that night Thank you for taking care of me.

Review for Cascade Cafe inside the hospital. The people in the cafeteria are all so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and there's a decent selection from healthy to comfort food.
