Very quick caring understading acted like real pros

I had to put a star but this is the worst hospital! There is human hair on the floor and they are the slowest! And they are not busy here in the ER and they are slow as coal tar! And now we find out my friend has the flu and they are just la la la.... I told my mom if I am dying don’t take me to Casey County hospital! No, take me here to stabilize me and take me to Somerset or Lexington!!!! I have more than one run in with this hospital and NO TIME have I been impressed!

The worst hospital ever. Dr. Anna is the worst of the worst. She stands around gossiping with the nurses about the patient. I've never been treated so bad. Something must be done about her.

Absolutely terrible. Some of the nurses are AWFUL!!! My grandmother pressed her button three times to ask for someone to help her get to the bathroom in the middle of the night, no one came and she ended up using the bathroom on herself and had to lay in it till someone came. They would drop her medicine on the floor and then proceed to give it to her. We brought her a sound machine to help her sleep at night and the nurses told her, "no wonder you have to get up and pee so may times in the middle of the night listening to that." They also told her that it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out her walker. They couldn't figure out how to lower her bed so she resorted to sleeping in a stiff recliner because she couldn't lift her leg into the bed due to her knee surgery. Not happy at all!!
