Cass Regional Medical Center

Had lab work done at Cass Regional Med Center and I was exceedingly pleased with the care I received. Desi was efficient with my paperwork and Stacy in the lab was the best lab tech I have ever had! I get my blood drawn about every 90 days and I honestly didn't feel the stick of the needle. Best ever. This is where I'll have all my blood work done in the future.

I was supposed to get a 3D mammogram not sure I think they might mistakenly gave me the old one woman didn't get me into the machine properly in my face in between the guards protect your head from radiation and it hurt real bad 3 days later I'm still in a lot of pain. Also had a sonogram of my liver. The lady that does the sonograms is very nice.

From the minute you walk through the door you feel welcomed and cared about. Mammogram time again, not pleasant, but staff is great and professional. For all health needs I suggest Cass Regional Medical Center.

Staff have no knowledge of medications. They transfer patients because they can't even figure out an infection. They refused to give me my afib medications because they thought my blood pressure should be over 120. When my cardiologist told me to take the medication unless my blood pressure was under 90. The only good thing was the nurses. Delight and Jessica were great.

The staff was professional and friendly. I was seen in a timely manner and my procedure was thoroughly explained. I would highly recommend this hospital if you ever need one.
