I can't say enough positive things about this Hospital. My wife came in for a planned induction for or second child and from the tour to the actual birth, we have been made to feel like we're family. The staff kept us very well informed of all steps and the fact that we have a dedicated nurse is just amazing! We delivered our first at another local hospital and this experience just blows that out of the water!!! Thank you so much for making this the very best. Blessing to you all!

Very lengthy and complicated story but mistakes made by staff at this hospital caused me to to have multiple surgeries both here and in Massachusetts with lengthy hospital stays at Brigham and Women’s. CMC offered to take some money off my bill for my troubles- which does nothing to benefit me or the trauma it had on my family. I will say that I did have some amazing nurses take care of me while I was there.

I was treated very poorly I was in there for a blood transfusion and a d&c for my first visit I went home and was advised to come back because I was in extreme pain and dizziness.. I still had my hospital bracelets on and bandages from my last IVs and blood work.. I was flagged as a at risk patient they searched my belongings and wouldn't let my husband in from the waiting room.. I do not use drugs and I have never been treated so poorly and humiliated in my life. They had my blood work and urine so they know I am clean.. I will never go back to that hospital I was targeted and wrongly judged.. if cmc would've read this review right u would've known I am a female obviously with my husband's Google review because a male cannot receive a d&c

First off I’d like to say I gave 1 star only because I had to choose in order to write a review. This is strictly written on an experience with the ER department. My 70 year old father was rushed to Catholic Medical by ambulance from the VA hospital in Manchester. It was not a choice for him to end up there. The waiting room reminded me more of a jail, with no one available to greet you or direct you, but instead two piles of paper one for patients and one for visitors that you fill out and slide under a glass window, a window that had a staff member sitting behind it who didn’t even look up to see myself and my mother confused and worried for our family member who had been rushed there. After about 45 minutes someone finally came to get us. We then goes back to see my father who has clearly had open heart surgery lying on a bed in a corner with pads attached to his chest but not hooked up to any machines. We asked the ever so pleasant nurse who very vocally stated she just came on shift if he should be hooked back up to the machine (after an X-ray he was taken to in a broken wheelchair over an hour ago) and her snippy response was yeah I’m doing that now. We then asked if there were rails on the bed that could go up seeing that the reason he was rushed there was because he passed out in the VA urgent care while waiting to be seen for a kidney stone very obviously landing on his face (which they never even attempted to clean or give him a bandage) when my dad said it was ok - her snippy response was well I can’t force him to put them up! I have never witnessed such a lack of concern and compassion towards another human from a NURSE!! The same nurse who demanded a urine sample but took over 30 minutes to bring a requested cup of water, that she placed on a counter out of his reach and walked out. This is not a man who is a frequent flyer coming to the ER complaining of any and everything - this is a man who was rushed there by ambulance from the VA hospital (a VETERAN) supposedly this hospital has a great cardiac floor which we would never know! After the nurse gave him the choice to stay for observation or see his doctors the following day - which do you think he chose?? I wouldn’t leave my pet there never mind a family member. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life, actually took me a few days to want to write because I was so angry! I do have a number to call but I didn’t want my concerns to go unknown - I’d rather it be in writing!! I highly suggest that the powers who be take a closer look at their front line staff who basically are representing your hospital and trusted to care for people’s lives!!

Hands down best hospital and ER ever! Everytime I have to come here, everyone is so kind and compassionate and always gets an answer to what is going on with me. I came in tonight in tears because I was in so much pain from my stomach. Turns out I have a few ovarian cysts and one happened to burst causing excruciating pain. The nurses, doctors and all staff are just unbelievable with patients. It takes a special kind of person to do this job and they all do it remarkably! And a very special thank you to my nurse Jamie C.
