Amazing staff. Doctors, nurses, chaplains and personnel in general are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to walk the extra mile. I was impressed by their mission statement and how they carry it through. They obviously care for each patient.

I was in and out of CTMC for around 9 months. I must say other than the ER. Only at first, they got better as the months progressed. 3rd floor nurses on the older side a great very detail always following up. Making sure all your converns are met. Thank you so much

RAVENLOFT DARKLORD

Went to the Emergency Room while experiencing sudden symptoms of high blood pressure around 10 pm. Two people at the front desk were arguing over who was going to go home early saying it was a slow night. I gave them all my information. I was weighed, given an EKG, x-rayed on my chest and blood drawn. The nurse was rude saying it was hospital policy to put in an IV for blood draws. Due to high blood pressure blood shot everywhere on the cabinets and sheets. Another nurse kept going "meow" in the background. Doctor gave me one minute of his time as I asked him the diagnosis. Doctor says I give you a 3 for heart attack candidate. I said 3 what? 3 out of 10? Doctor said no 3 out of 8. Who uses a 1 out of 8 scale? Doctor was also upset because I took adult sized aspirin before arriving. With no medical treatment my blood pressure went down to normal on it's own but I still had symptoms. I retrieved my medical records where the nurse put unprofessional remarks especially about my unwillingness to tell her about my primary care physician. I told them everything... The copay was $300 and the bill was $3500 to be weighed, EKG, x-rayed and given blood draws with no medical treatment or real diagnosis. Not a very friendly place to be treated. The only thing good out of this was a cardiologist recommendation.

Just disgusting. . there are some wonderful staff and some who just need to leave and never do medicine again ... the rooms were filthy ..
