Nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Rangel and his nurse! They are both phenomenal, attentive and don’t make you feel like you’re talking to a wall. One of my greatest doctors.

My sister and I have been her for over two hours, we had a scheduled appointment. They said there were 3 people ahead of us 30min after our scheduled appointment, and that's fine, I know it gets busy. When we asked again for a wait time after an hour and a half, they told us 1-2 hours. Why bother scheduling appointments if you are not going to see us at our scheduled time!?! This facility is filthy and there are flies crawling and flying around all over the waiting room and the patient's. They staff is short tempered, uninformed, and beyond unorganized. I will never be returning here. If you go to this facility, chances are you will walk out more sick than when you came in. This place is revolting and I will be contacting the owner of this building to report them to who ever is in charge of pest control and health department requirements.

Been here for an 1hr and 15 minutes as I type. Still haven’t been seen. The receptionist made it seem as if Dr. Allyn was very strict with his schedule and making appointments since they gave me a hard time about scheduling mine. Yet, he can’t even keep his appointment times as specified. It’s the second time I come here and it’s been horrible just, like the first. It’s always so crowded and unsafe for exits in case of an emergency. They didn’t even have hand sanitizer available in the dispensaries.

Nice receptionists in a nice, clean facility, albeit with an odd location. The problem I had was Dr. Wong. I understand the patients were piling up but he seemed rushed and was rather rude. I came in for a swollen node under my jaw but he didn't even feel with his hands. This threw me off because he's a specialist. How was he supposed to properly diagnose me? I was rushed off before I could say anything. I wasn't looking to start an argument anyway.

There is a good waiting time, like most low income clinics. However, kind staff and short wait for simple visits.clea landscape and interior, too.
