My doctor was great everytime I went in. I've made several attempts to reach out to someone and the new nurse that works with my doctor called me back at an inconvenient time so she told me to call back the next morning. I've called back, still haven't reached anyone.

I went in once because I couldn’t breathe one night due to my enlarged tonsils. They tested me for mono, claimed “it’s not that bad” and sent me on my way.

Centura Health is one of the MOST horrible corporations buying up healthcare facilities I’ve ever seen! The culture is awful in every one of these facilities I’ve ever been to or took someone to! The culture is maximize profit and patient care is unimportant. I’ve never seen such disregard for life or care than in these facilities. They own this local hospital too. There are a few good providers but they’re definitely held back by the corporate greed policies of Centura Health. Full time ancillary staff attitudes are the biggest tell-tale sign!

So very disappointed in the care my daughter in law received at the hands of the emergency room. She presented with blindness in one eye. 32 years old. Had awoken with her vision gone and we went directly to the optometrist who told us to go to the emergency room. We were informed in emergency that since she was seen by a doctor it was not an emergency. I took her straight to parkview emergency were she was transferred to the hospital. The nursing staff are wonderful. I think the doctors just don’t care maybe cause they have the prison contracts?

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life my dad is in there and pneumonia and blood clots in his lungs and he needed his breathing treatment and blew him off for 3 hours. He pressed the nurses button because he couldn't breathe and they didn't even check on him they just turned it off. On top of that, I had a friend that was in there at the same time with pneumonia as well and one of the nurses cussed her out and one of the CNA's pushed there way into the bathroom and all most knocked her over and then blamed her for it and told because of that she wasn't going to get her breathing treatment because of that and had to sit there tell the next sift came on to get it.
