Today, I accidentally called oncology, could barley understand the lady who answered the phone, and she was very rude as she informed me I called the wrong department. Taken back by her unprofessional behavior and attitude. Yesterday, I dealt with another rude staff, with unprofessional responses. Not impressed with staff behavior.

The ER in this hospital is HORRIBLE!! I WOULDNT even give them 1 star if I didnt have to. My dad was so dehydrated went in super sick and felt even worse after he left the ER they did nothing but give him nausea medication. The nurses I dealt with were rude and very short. I will never ever step foot in this ER again. They're suppose to help people and they didnt help my dad for nothing its bs

I had open heart surgery in 2003 and the doctors and nurses were very helpful to my recovery.

I go to the Aquatic Rehab here and am grateful they provide this wonderful service. The pool is large with 2 sides for different depths and they keep the water about 92 degrees so it's a great therapy temperature. The people are wonderful, it's like an extended family feeling. The showers and locker room are nice. The price to come for a daily workout class or a free exercise period is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been trying to contact the Director of the ER department for 2+ weeks and he has not returned my calls. I've contacted him 3 times, left messages that were very explicit and he did not have the time to call me or to delegate another person to respond to my request. Not pleased and frustrated.
