Dr. Chang and his staff is the best in Louisiana. They go over the call of duty to serve you. Really impressed with their service.

A AID WENT BEYOND HER JOB. I WAS IN FOR HEART PROCEDURE AND THEY FOUND OUT I HAD KID FAILURE. THIS AID WAS BIG PART ALONG WITH THE MEDICAL STAFF IN MY SOMEWHAT RECOVERY. I ASK THE LORD TO BLESS HER AND SHELTER HER FROM THE "EVIL ONE."

If I could give this hospital 0 stars that would be too many. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I took my husband to the ER yesterday, the staff was beyond rude and did not care about anything. The receptionist did not even give me a pen and then disappears. We waited for over 2 hours and then we are told we would have to wait over another hour to be seen. No one once asked about my husbands eye. Once again THEY DO NOT CARE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!! They had an elderly man with his wife, complaining about stroke pains and they left him in the waiting area. When we decided to leave he was still waiting without any attention! And then someone had the nerve to ask about a $200 deposit Incase he had to be admitted. Seriously?! When we have insurance? They kept pushing the $200 deposit. What about his eye? Please don’t go here!

By nature I am very critical. My mother was admitted a couple of days ago and remains there. We were admitted quickly and significantly faster than any other hospital I have experienced. Every single Nurse, Nurse Aid, Hospitalist Physicians (Sound), the Pharmacist, Technicians, and everyone we interact with is super warm and genuinely cares. They have been running the appropriate tests and seem thorough. I am very pleased with the care and convenience demonstrated by all employees.

Terrible night shift dont bring u supper pain meds blankets r clean urinals in timely manner. They just dont care
