Citrus Valley Medical Center-Ic Campus

This is the dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. My husband went in for a cartoid artery procedure & they kept him in the ICU which I would have assumed to be the cleanest place in the hospital. Not so, the ICU is filthy. The floors in the rooms are dusty and look like they took a filthy wet mop and just moved the dirt & grind around & just let the floors dry that way. The walls are filthy, old & dingy. I feel like my husband is going to leave this hospital with some kind of infection. You would think that the ICU would be the most impeccable place in the entire hospital. I will never come back here again. This place is disgusting. It looks like a county hospital.

I just recently became a new patient of Dr Linbergs here at Citrus Valley Inter-Community. I visit five times a week 4 HBO therapy. And honestly, the customer service that both he and his staff at the wound care center give to their patients is above and beyond five stars. They are very kind and respectful. And actually show concern for their patient's wound care and well being. There is never a day that staff at the wound care clinic don't carry a smile on them. They are all one of a kind. Great TEAMWORK! They have all been my support in wanting to visit daily for my therapy. And for me to give all my effort in wanting to cure my wounds. They all rock! Keep up the good job you guys. Because honestly it is appreciated! 5☆ + 5☆ and more!!!

Dr. Snyder is a wonderful M.D., my issue lies with making an appointment and the facility does seem to care or honor times. I wait for 1.5 to 2 hours pass appointment time which is unacceptable. Plus copay is too high.

No this very poor services unprofessional especially from health mental doctor is on charge never give anything o information about my family she was for 10 days and she discharged same problem social workers very unprofessional work never really help good people well God bless all this people

They have some changes going on, much better.
