I can’t speak for the emergency room or other services, however, the labor and delivery section was great. We came in for a blood test days before a scheduled c-section but the baby had other plans. He was delivered that day and we had the best experience despite the pain my wife endured. The nurses during labor were great and attentive. The nurses, especially Maura, were excellent and answered all questions we had. They gave great tips we didn’t know about from the first kid and spent time talking things through without feeling rushed. We had a better experience here then we did at Palisades with the first baby. Thanks to all!

Awful, slow, and terrible at communication. My dad was in pain and very weak that i thought it was best to take him to our nearest hospital. I made a huge mistake and should have taken him elsewhere. The communication between doctors is terrible. None of the doctors know what the others do and they just pass it on to someone else to handle. Went to the ER around 12pm/1pm on Thursday and was admitted at 10pm. All we hear from this place is "possible" "maybe" "we think". I asked to take my dad elsewhere but they scared me by saying it can be life threatening. Well we are still waiting for a game plan and definite times on procedure and surgery so obviously its not life threatening. This place is just a business and i feel like we are being charged unnecessary hospital stay because the doctors are never around.

My brother has injured and the nurses went above and beyond to help him. Their patient care was exceptional. The orthopedics area was a very warm and inviting place. I’d recommend this wing to friends and family.

The Emergency Room. I was in and out. On a Sunday night. The medical and front desk staff were all nice. This hospital seems pretty good to ME. Thumbs UP.

Excellent , caring and professional nurses and doctors. Clean emergency room. Nurses and techs go above and beyond for their patients. Kudos to all!
