Clinch Valley Medical Center

I've alot of heath problems and I'm young. This place doesn't care about anyone. I have major heart issues. So many times this place showed me they could care less. I'll explain one it was about 4am and I have a defibrillator and pacemaker. I was have extreme chest pain my blood pressure bottomed out. Was close to richlands. We go there and they was so rude told the person that helped me in that had to move her car not after she sit me down but right then. I tell them about the chest pain and try to tell my history. So rude wouldn't listen at all. Wanted to know my address and insurance. When you have chest pain they supposed to take you straight back and get your information when your in the ER. So we left when to Lebanon ER and they ended up sending me to Johnson city. They was alot going on my heart dropped to 8%. Its just sad they was so rude and have no clue how to handle a emergency and its supposed to be a heart place as well.blows my mind really. I've been there other times and they look at my history and dont understand what's going on..... never ever will I go back there. Johnson city called richlands and told them how close I came to dying. Just dont do it. They are others and if I'm dying we will pass richlands for sure no matter what.

I had an excruciating head ache and although I waited for quite a while, the nurses were extremely nice to me and I could tell they felt bad for me. They offered to get me a drink or an extra blanket.

Visited friend there once. 5 stars because the one nurse was sexy as hell and the hr guy had an incredible butt. Would visit again just to sight see.

I received radiation Dr. Brown and his staff were wonderful .

Our family has been done good at this hospital very good ppl and they know what they doing.they work quick and fast
