I received good and prompt care in the ED.

The sonogram tech Martha is the rudest lady you will ever meet. If you are having a baby dont go there for your sonograms. She has been nothing but rude the 3 times we had to deal with her.

I had such a great experience. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was so grateful to them and it being such a quick process.

ER doctor completely RUDE and condescending!! Totally INCOMPETENT!! Apparently has to carry a large ego to cover for his lack of medical knowledge!! Nursing staff was friendly, but I would NEVER recommend anyone go here!! If you can, take the extra time and go to the further Hospital!

Worst experience ever. Please shut the emergency room down and bring st. Peter's or Albany med here. Waited 2 hours and not even seen. Only 2 patients there. When said I wanted to sign out they got excited and ran down with form. Not even concerned about what happened. Shameful, next step the state to file complaint. There probably are good employees, just not in er tonight. Didn't even say I w leaving against medical advice. Time to get TV stations involved to get action. Will also call the state. Something is wrong and maybe its due to bad treatment of employees so they don't care. Went down to get form to leave and waited 5 minutes for someone to stop texting long enough to get one. Phones should be banned unless its for business
