I came to the hospital by abulance from the stockyards after being hurt by a cow at Welch Oklahoma. The abulance crew and firemen were great as well as Titus who called the ambulance ,unloaded my truck. The nurses and doctors were super people, very kind, there was never an issue with money, or paying, I cant say enough about the people that helped me , and the nurse that was kind enough to take me back to my truck.

The billing department is one of the best. The staff throughout each department is professional, polite, and helpful. If I have a question, they have always been able to answer/solve the problem immediately. Inform the administration if you have a problem before rating the hospital as poor. The administration works hard to solve problems and provide excellent service for the community. If the administration doesn’t know about the problem they can’t fix the problem.

This is the worst place around when it comes to billing. They do not have a clue what is going on from one department to the other. Every time that we have a bill it is screwed up, we even had someone else's bill sent to us and had it down as ours. It took forever to get it cleared up because the people in billing don't know what's going on. The nurses and doctors are great but if the paperwork is always screwed up why go.

Such an unprofessional hospital, literally cares more about money then helping a patient. Made my sister do 6 CT scans on her kidney and never helped at all. All they could do is give antibiotics, can’t even do an IV. Wouldn’t recommend this hospital for nothing. This hospital should be shut down or hire all new staff who are more competent. If you can’t figure something out and it’s been over 2 months don’t continue to do stuff just to rack up bills knowing good and well that you can’t help, send patient to a hospital that knows what they’re doing. Peoples lives are in your hands..... I would NEVER TRUST THIS Hospital.
