Very nice little hospital. Friendly staff. Especially the x-ray department!

From my experience I thought the ER staff treat people a whole a lot better than how I was treated last night.. I hope people see this post and don't go to the ER Here in needles.

Half a star. The worst wait time in history... 5 hours and still waiting

Now I understand why so many people say not to go here. My bf was in a car accident and had to take an ambulance ride to this place. The staff didn’t communicate with him the entire time, nor did they do a proper physical check. They did x-rays and a brain scan to make sure everything was okay...somehow missed his broken collarbone and didn’t bother saying anything about his concussion. They also gave him an IV port and never used it. Staff sat in the office gossiping loudly instead of updating him as to what he was waiting for. When it was time to leave one of the ladies simply printed out a bunch of papers about what to watch out for and tried walking off. When I asked what I should be aware of she directed me to the papers and seemed annoyed that I wanted verbal answers. Very disappointed in this place.
