Columbia Basin Hospital

I had the opportunity to work here about a year ago and it was the worst place I have ever worked for, Human Resources department was horrible and unprofessional. If you are looking to work in a hospital I wouldn’t suggest here, they have a huge turnover rate and management is the worst.

This was my first time to the ER. It was a great experience. The entire staff and ER doctor were great and took care of my medical needs in a very timely matter. Feeling much better Thank you!

Why have more than one admitting area and only use one? Had to wait in line while the lady's gossip in the back room. This is not a real hospital. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disorganized and wasteful. If you are under staffed put out some job postings!

I don't know where they get their "medical" personell but they are the sorriest, dumbest people you will ever try to deal with. If you get sick in Ephrata, Wa you had better be ready to travel to Wenatchee if you want a real medical center. Anything more than ingrown toenail and they have no clue in Ephrata. What a joke!

I have been sick a few times and I needed to go to the emergency room to be seen by the Doctor. I was seen in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly, as well as informed on all the newest medical procedures. A nice place when needed.
