Columbia Memorial Hospital

Just had a set of x-rays at CMH and Amanda, one of the techs, was fantastic. She had a great sense of humor and was kind, caring and pleasant. She is a wonderful example of what customer service is ALL about!!

Plethora of incompetence plagues this hospital. It became affiliated with Albany med which I assumed would have alleviated many if the issues. But to this day their incompetence is astounding. Their affiliated doctors offices are even worse! Their spine specialists office told me my pain was relative and that they could find nothing wrong. Within two weeks I went to get second opinion and they told me that I have SI joint pain just from a physical exam. So how was my pain only relative? Today I had an establishing appointment with their family practice which I had to schedule three months back. I showed up and they informed me that the appointment was canceled because the doctor is leaving the practice. The appointment was canceled on Friday afternoon. They called me on Friday morning to confirm the appointment. Today is Tuesday! Previously I've been to the emergency room for personal problems as well as with other friends and family members. Not one of them have had good experiences. They almost killed a family friend through gross negligence saying that his headache was nothing. Two days later he had another stroke! If you are having a serious medical issue, do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else! If it is an emergency go to the ER and demand to be transported elsewhere, if you want to live!

Excellent provider of healthcare. In the 1970s and 1980s, my grandmother (Alice E. Lindsley) was a patient here and also a resident directly across Prospect Ave. at Eden Park Nursing Home, now closed. Thank you for your exceptional service to the public.

The Billing Department is uneducated. I received multiple bills, yet when I called to discuss/pay they were completely confused as to who billed what and where the bills were coming from. I’ve spoke with 2 different people and a supervisor and there’s still so much confusion. It is quite sad, because I had such great experiences with the physicians - it’s a shame the billing administration is this poor

Very disappointed in their service they did a surgery on my friends daughters mouth and left a so-called dissolvable stitch in there that is still in there to this day as ofFriday the July 26 when she had the surgery done on May 21, 2019. Here we are in another doctors office getting it removed after all this time because it’s done nothing but cause problems. This is absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional of them to be so careless especially in regards to child care.
