Comanche County Hospital

If I could give it no starts I so would. My daughter is 14 and has a dinosaur egg size knot on the back of her head which knocked her out for a few minutes. We have been here for almost 2 freaking hours. And they haven't done anything. But talk about what they are gong to do for Halloween And makeup???? What is really going on

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. This is by far the WORST ER I have ever encountered. I went in because of pain & swelling in my right ankle & the doctor comes in with 2 others who are observing & says after we talk over my symptoms & such "let's get a x-ray to make sure nothing is broken". Well after 45minutues the nurse comes in with my discharge paperwork & says " you are ready to go". No doctor came back in to tell me the results of the x-ray nor did the nurse say anything. No medicine given or even as much as a ace bandage to help stablize movement. I left still limping with a swollen foot & very angry. But get this, their business office can call u numerous times a week about making payments on your account balance that the insurance didn't cover. I was in so much pain I went to Southwestern ER & they took very good care of me. If u actually want your issue addressed then go to SOUTHWESTERN MEDICAL CENTER & AVOID this place all together!!!!!!

The ER has no clue what’s going on. I don’t think they know their jobs. I was told the little cheap pregnancy test was negative when clearly there were 2 lines. Then I was told I was having a miscarriage when clearly the ultra sound showed nothing wrong. Needless to say I’m still pregnant. I asked to leave because I was in the room waiting while the nurses were talking about movies and boyfriends. I was told I had no insurance coverage when I clearly do being military. This place needs to be investigated and then shut down until they have more qualified staff. Those employees are clueless. DO NOT GO HERE

took my 2 year old daughter here to get her knee checked out and it was pretty fast and easy! only reason i am giving 4 stars is because i don’t think the doctors or nurses did a thorough job in checking her out... the x-ray technicians were way more concerned than the actual doctor. other than that it is a clean hospital and wait time was short

I have visited Comanche County primarily as an outpatient, and I have always found the doctors, nurses, and support personnel to be kind, friendly, and helpful. I have seldom had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment or procedure, and I've always found the area I'm in to be clean and neat.
