1.Always communicate with email with your doctor.keep copy of all records. 2.Always go with a family member as witness. 3.When in doubt,demand for second opinion outside of hospital. 4 If all fails find a good malpractice attorney. Below federal standard care system under patient rights act.They do their best to avoid all necessary testing,labs,MRI,Citiscan,etc,because this cause further complication which cost them more money.public records shows lots of lawsuits and patient record manupilation.

I have never had a long wait at ER and have been to it several times. The times I was seen & released all went smooth, as well as the times I was admitted, incl. the I had gone to give labs (aka blood draw for an upcoming appt) & within a couple hrs they called me & asked me to go to ER cuz my kidney #s were off. Stayed a couple days for tests & all was well. Better safe than sorry. That's wonderful service. Also, my 2 week hospital stay for bigger things couldn't have been better. Wonderful, caring, competent doctors, nurses & CNAs, etc. Thank u CCRMC!! Keep up the excellent work. Oops, there's more. I can't just compliment the ER & hospital stay staff; my regular doctor & clinic visits are also staffed top to bottom with exceptional people doing their jobs well and making my life better. For a County hospital, that is amazing (cuz they are not all like this, believe me). Thank u everyone @ CCRMC*

Rushed into hospital via ambulance after surviving motorcycle crash, received 150mg of fentanyl in the ambulance, my hip was obviously dislocated. I sat for 3 hours in the waiting room with a dislocated hip and no anesthesia, Doctor saw me at the 11/2 hour mark. After three hours they decided it was a good time for x-rays. x ray techs manipulated my leg while dislocated as if they had never encountered the situation in the past. I was transferred to john Muir around 1:30am, crash was 9:45pm ish arrived at hospital around 10:15pm received x rays around 1:am. After they realized the severity of the situation i was labeled a trauma patient then transferred via ambulance to john muir. I won't forget the nurse that gave me Dilaudid right before i was transferred, you are an MVP and Doctor Ringo i realize you guys are underfunded and understaffed and i'm sorry about that. There was also an asian guy in X-ray who cared and i appreciate you aswell.

In regards to the ER, I really wish they would give it a much needed upgrade. The service is fine, but the waiting room is very small and cramped. It would be nice to give some space between seats so those who have injuries can sit a reasonable distance from those who are horribly ill.

I love these people ! I had emergency foot surge there yesterday and they not only did a great JOB they were kind patient and very gentle with me! ! I will never go anywhere else but here ! For anything medical all the way down to my pre Op and the to Myra my nurse your an angel and to jessica that works on that floor you are. GOD send my love !the anesthesiologist ... you are the best and you made me feel so comfortable the whole floor needs a pay raise !! Thank you all so much
