I recently had a blood draw and Kelsey did an amazing job. CRMC is fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you Kelsey for a great experience.

Thank you to the E.R. employees who was working the night of 6/15/18. I was on my way walking from Akron to Cincinnati when the snow and cold became to much so I walked to the hospital and they made sure I had coffee and something to eat and a blanket treated with very good respect. You guys are awesome☺ Joseph Banks

I went to the ER and saw Rachelle Stevens for an ear ache. She told me I had swimmers ear and prescribed me ear drops antibiotics and oral antibiotics. She said my ear was very "saturated" and inflamed, that it was not earwax buildup. Thus, I was to not put hydrogen peroxide in it like I did before. Well, I got home and took the ear drops and they made me deaf in the affected ear. I called the ER back because they're not supposed to do that and all that was said was to stop taking the drops. No offer to look at my ear again, or telling me to follow up with someone to have it looked at again. I was in even more pain after my prescriptions and I was DEAF in that ear, so I went to rapidcare to see what they could do (I also like second opinions, always). What do they tell me? It is ear wax buildup and I had to get my ear flushed with hydrogen peroxide and water... I did that. It worked, I could hear again and see my wax that came out. Then, the doctor looked aty ear again and told me I had swimmers ear AND and a middle ear infection. I was not told this at the ER. I know people are human and make mistakes, but I am also concerned that people are not doing their job (a very important job) correctly. So, I would not recommend CCMH

I had x-ray done on my knee and the wait was not long but they had no bed side manner. I was in an awkward position and no one offered to help me off the table. I think they can take a min. to be friendly instead of cold. Someday it maybe them and they will want someone to be comforting. Most of the time I go to Zansville and they are totally different, very sweet and helpful so I go there for my yearly mamogram because I need someone who cares and they do.

Please do something about the first responders at your ER desk ! Ugh...every single time cold and rude...
