Crouse Hospital

Had surgery two weeks ago. I'm allergic to Cold. They took great care of me. From warming iv to warming blankets. Great job. They had warm ginger ale when I came out. They are kind and caring. Thank you taking such good care of me

My wife delivered here and the quality of care was fantastic. RN Rachael and Dr. Berry were absolutely amazing as were the nurses and doctors in recovery. The adminstrative side of the hospital was a little slow, but the quality of the people there more than makes up for any delay.

I could not recommend Crouse enough. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, compassionate, and caring. We were in shock that the doctor sat and talked to us for half an hour, ensuring that all of our questions were answered. The “care in progress” waiting room situation was a little strange, but it helped reduce the time we spent sitting and waiting in one spot. I only wish my local hospitals would take a hint from Crouse!

After we had our first kid here, we decided to have the second here too. Excellent nursing staff and the pediatrics division is wonderful. My wife and I are thankful for this hospital. We are especially grateful for Nurse. Angela Quirino who was extremely helpful explaining every single detail to us, and she is one of the reasons that made us traveling a long journey from NY city to Syracuse just to have the baby delivered here but worth it for sure. Thank you all for three days of peace inside the hospital and i wish you all bright future.
