Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital

My husband had injection 6/14/19. Great experience with entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and efficient, wish more facilities were run this way!

Great experience overall. Staff is very caring and in such a good and positive mood! I stayed 2 days and received the best care I could have asked for.

Very nice place great staff, very pleasant. I read reviews before I took my husband. We we're there for 6 hours. I sat and waited for him. I never went out side. And after being in the hospital for 4 1/2 hours I got bit by fire ants on the top of my feet. I read a review about ant's and didn't think that in a surgery hospital that would be a problem. If I would have been a patient I think that would have been worse. But very nice place.

The staff was very friendly but I was disappointed in the care. Never changed my gown or sheets in my three day stay. Never saw housekeeping on the third day. Had to ask for toilet paper. Food was horrible. Only 3 patients in the hospital and couldn't get the order right. Took 2 hours to get pain meds because computers were down.

From the time you walk in to Cypress Pointe Hospital to the time you leave you are treated like family! From the front desk, nurses, and physicians you can't ask for a better experience! Definitely the only place I would trust to do my surgical procedure!
