Excellent experience. Everyone at the hospital was extremely happy and friendly. I even had a staff member stop me in the hall when i was looking at a map to see if they could help me find somewhere. Overall, a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!

Early morning blood draw..concerned it would make me late for work...pleasantly surprised to be cheerfully greeted by a friendly smile...and helped me quickly navigate through the paper work and off to the lab where another group of sweet ladies whisked me on my way...thank you to the early risers.. I was even able to make a Starbucks run and still made it in plenty of time

I got to my appointment about 20 minutes early. Even though I was early, there was very little wait time. I was in and out just a few minutes after what should have been my actual appointment time. The woman that did my mammogram was kind and explained all the steps of what she was doing. She even had a cute story to tell me about her grandson and a motorcycle. I would recommend Dekalb Health to others.

I drove to this hospital because previous stays were actually half decent but this last hospital stay has been awful... I had surgery to get my gallbladder out and have never been treated like a bigger inconvenience in my entire life. All the nurses assigned to my room the last day and a half of my stay were absolutely awful. The lack of care for their patients is incredibly disheartening.

Everyone there was friendly, patient and kind. They took their time with me and did not rush me out. I am very appreciative.
