Dekalb Medical Center at Hillandale

So I was going to complain about the long wait in the ER for my son, but the service I received today completely outweighed the long wait. My son's physician, David (don't remember last name), the nurse, and even the admin that checked us in and checked us out were absolutely AMAZING! I've never had a doctor come back to the waiting area to check up on a patient while waiting for labs to come back. Never had an admin offer my son snacks before leaving to help him feel better. The staff today was truly amazing.

Thank you for the hospitalist in internal medicine & the nurses on the telemetry unit for caring about me. I had the best nurses. Emory Hillandale got me well & out of the hospital right before my birthday. When you're really sick I'd like to believe emory hillandale won't play with your well being.

Excellent service and excellent staff they took care of me, they were very sincere ,very patient and understanding I really appreciate it. Amazing, amazing & amazing.

The staff was excellent. They move fast and are very polite. I really appreciate their dedication and patience.

Came in on an emergency with my father but their service here was excellent.We were handled with respect and politeness.The timing was not like average hospital visit (long)although it was an emergency.Thks Hillandale !
