I took my daughter there hoping for a simple exray of her foot. Two hours later we walked out. When staff read your chart and then they talk about you like you can't hear them. My daughter can't see and she makes up for it in hearing. She can tell you word for word what they said about her. None of it had to do with her swollen foot. Do your job that all I ask. No lip

This review is to compliment the "voice on the phone." I needed a blood test and my FNP is associated with the hospital so reluctantly I phoned for an at. I've had a few passes with this facility, leaving that some of your employees hadn't gotten the memo. Never could I get an appointment or service's. I complained (see my review on Lourdes) her name is Malia (please excuse the spelling if I got it wrong), the voice on the phone. She handled this no brainier with exceptional professionalism.... Had the paper work that was faxed. Updated the account, transferred call and was there when the call returned to her. She should be given the position of Master scheduler, in my opinion
