Went for last night for an emergency with my pregnancy they took 1.30 to perform the ultrasound to see if my baby was okay. They told me that there was an special room for pregnant and then leave me and the hallway. I was desperate, crying, thinking the worse, and they don't care. In the hallway they make sure to take my insurance data, so they first make sure they can get paid. That was Inhuman I was crying not knowing what was happening with my baby and they asking for my insurance information....After the ultrasound they finally me in a room and took another 45 minutes to let me know that my baby was fine. That was a torture, zero empathy...exception was the lady who performed the ultrasound, she was kind, emphatic and warm.

I have to say, Dr. Kristen Dunlap did a phenomenal job after my significant other came in through ER services for a horrible car accident. She was very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She was thorough and very efficient in treating all his immediate needs. There needs to be more MD's like her. Thank you Dr. Dunlap..you are truly amazing.

If you wanted a great example of what bedside manner should not look like, feel free to stop by here. The only way to explain this ER would be "A absolute disorganized dumpster fire, that is next to a tire fire, that is right next to a gas station." The fact that I can't rate less than one star is disappointing. Everyone person I have spoken to about my experience has said almost the exact same thing. STAY AWAY, should have driven to Boca. PS- If this is a "training hospital" you should have someone that is competent with them. I could have just lit the $150 I used for my co-pay on fire having the same result of the service received.

I wanted to say an extra Thank you to the nurses in the CCIU cardiac unit, Rachel, Lauren, Amy, Kenia and Cori for taking care of my dad after he had open heart surgery. You all were very attentive , nice, patient and always gave us updates on what was going on. You are amazing nurses! Thank you to Dr. Patel for saving my dads life as well. The PT and OT were great also, especial Dennis. Thank you again.
