I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return a message. I have a bill due to their referal ruining my credit.

First the dr I seen was absolutely fantastic, caring and concern about issue. I’m medically retired Marine with many health issues, most recently my heart which the VA said was allergies, well had 2 EKGS which read abnormal, had emergency Cat-scan and that too showed undesired results. So dr said need referral for cardiology, 3 days letter receive a notice from Travis Scott from OKC IHS saying different have the funds of $300 to see a specialist even though I have this dire situation. Shame of IHS, truly worse system than the VA health care system.

I use this because I'm part Indian and I have to say they have gotten better. Things used to be so confusing. I love the Dr. I have now. He listens and gets things done. Which means he probably won't be there long.

If I could give no stars I would! Awful reception “lady” I walk in she’s got her arm up over her head I could smell her underarms the other hand she’s playing with her pop socket. She was slouched down in her chair. She proceeded to let us know how the tribal office will shred our referral if it’s not from an Indian clinic. As a worker of Integris if we were to act like that we would immediately be called to the office and written up! Please send your reception chic to training on how to be professional or get another person who smiles, has a polite voice and can’t smell her arm pits or play on her phone! I’m native but I got class!
