If anyone is considering going to this hospital... DONT! Not only do they try to rush you out of the facility with a bogus diagnosis, but their hospital is entirely incompetent. I have been there 3 times. 2 of the times were for the same issue. They weren’t able to diagnose my issue despite all of their testing. Regardless of that, for every instance I went to this hospital they totally screwed up my billing. One time I received a bill 2 YEARS later. That’s right you heard it. They billed me 2 years after my original visit. This year unfortunately I had to visit them twice. They haven’t billed my insurance properly. Initially they put that I didn’t have insurance for one of my visits and sent me a bill for $5,000 even though they took copies of my insurance card when I was there. On another bill I am trying to work out a payment plan with them, but since it’s $20 less a month than what they want me to pay, they advised they are just going to send the account to collections... over $20 a month difference. That’s right folks. They would rather sell your debt at a fraction of the price to a collection agency, then to work out a payment arrangement with you. That I’m sure explains why they charge so much for their facility. They are writing off losses left and right and then having the next patients pay for it. Save yourself the heartache. Go to Banner Hospital or any other hospital near you.

I had ER service 6/1/19, at dawn. I couldn't breathe, head filled with mucus and coughing. I was taken IMMEDIATELY. Within an hour I was breathing much better. They ran many tests, I went home at noon with my Rx sent to the pharmacy and a nebulizer in hand. The nurses were very helpful and kind. They made me comfortable and took time to explain what was going to happen. This is my first time at an ER so I had no expectations other than the horror stories of friends. I can honestly say, they could not have done more for me or made me feel any better.

My experience with dignity health was pleasant. I am 7 months pregnant, went in with a cold and was greeted by the front desk with a smile and eagerness to help. The triage nurse was gentle and understanding while the male nurse to bring me back to the room to check babies vitals was friendly and helped make light of the situation by exchanging jokes with my partner, which my partner started to crack jokes first. Was probably there for about an hour or less. Service was very fast. So all in all everyone I saw in the building was welcoming, attentive and their response was impeccable and appropriate at all times.

I went in at 5 am, the nurses and doctors were amazing! They took such good care of me!

Does your office phone work? I’ve been trying to call the Release of Information Department for a couple hours now and nobody has yet to answer my call. I’m in the military, currently stationed in Vilseck, Germany and I’m trying to get copies of my medical records there so I can submit them to my healthcare provider where I am stationed. I cannot be seen or treated without my medical records from Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital.
