Dyersburg Regional Medical Center

I had to have tests ran back in April. Prior to having my tests ran, I got to sit in a little cubicle with a very nice young lady that said “your estimated cost is $357.00. How would you like to pay this?” I took out my debit card, paid in full. Here it is mid June and I still haven’t received my refund. So I’ve called multiple times to only get hung up on. So take my advice and do NOT pay the estimated cost!!! If I owed them I’d already been sent to collections! So I will never make this same mistake twice!

Over charging under trained staff! Over 10k for a cat scan and two iv bags.. also wont answer the phone for payment arrangements! will never be back!

They change there name all the time cause they suck at everything and have such a bad rep. They just seen my wife and gave her stuff we could have got at Walmart! And even though she was in lots of pain after that and in tears they came in with her discharge papers! And she told them it didn't work and how bad the pain was and they still were telling her they got her discharge papers! They just need to shut that place down for good!

Horrible place to go. They need a female nurse specialised in womens health at all times. Went there for answers and still dont know what is wrong. They need to revamp the er and take the doctors back to school. Horrible place. If you have a choice go to a different er.

My mother broke her hand recently and she went in to get it checked. It was clearly broken and she needed surgery on it and the doctor she had told her she was fine so she went to another hospital and they told her it was broken. She went back to Dyersburg for surgery and they told her she cant surgery and put her date about 2 months later. If i could go any lower with the ratings I would give it a zero. Get better educated doctors
