East Liverpool City Hospital

If I could give them a zero rating I most definitely would. I came in for gallbladder pains and sat there and did testings for days just for them to send me home. On my last day of being there I didn’t even have a doctor or nurse or aide come in from 10:30 am until it became 3:30pm. I even called for my nurse to come to my room and she never came. I got told I could leave by one doctor supposedly he was suppose to be the surgeon but they don’t communicate at all with each other so as it’s 6:18 pm I’ve been waiting since 3:30 when I got told I could leave for them to discharge me. I’ve asked and asked for answers and couldn’t get any because this whole place has miscommunication and had it the whole time I was here. I had 3 doctors I seen and not a single one of them talked to the other which they were suppose to so here I am walking out with a huge hospital bill and nothing was even done to help. Horrible hospital to go to point blank

I hafta say, when it comes to exactly knowing what was up with me... Maybe it was a hard call...idk... But I just got discharged today 10/19/19 from floor 5. 511 in fact window seat. Lol The nurses who took care of me there where beyond amazing. Sweet, helpful, overly happy people. If I could remember eachs name and call them all out. I would But, to floor 5 and all those girls... Your deserve a round of whatever is you like to be honest! I never met a great group like you!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

These people treated me like I owned the place. EVERYONE was absolutely wonderful and nice and explained everything. I highly recommend this hospital.

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. So deeply hurt by what has happened there are no words to describe. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. I have never left a bad review online for any business or hospital until just now. I have an ethical responsibility to speak up until my voice is heard. Every patient matters.

I was in ELCH for 3.5 days, it was a great experience (as great as being hospitalized could be) and while I tettered in 3 to 5 stars,I settled on 4, and that was due to the nurses and other hospital ancillary staff. Those nurses were awesome every single one and if they are all like the nurses I had them that hospital is in great shape.
