I am very happy with the care I get from everyone at ermc staff really care about you and I like my doctor Anne khol she really takes the time to listen and explain everything to you I wont go anywhere else for my care unless I'm referred by ermc even the other doctors are very wonderful I went to urgent care in Eaton Rapids earlier this year because I wasnt feeling any better and urgent care put me on the right antibiotic and took the time to listen thank you again ermc for everything you do for me

I can't say enough good things about the Emergency Room staff. Been in 3 times in the past year and each time I feel more cared for and happy with my experience. My 5 year old has seen many ER/ Urgent Care doctors and she's aware that she's treated better here than anywhere else.. Dr. Jones was amazing and very helpful.. I will choose this place everytime..

My girlfriend was just there on the 6th and she was mis diagnosed with acute vomiting and I had to bring her to sparrow the next day because she has abdominal bleeding and she’s vomiting blood every ten seconds worst hospital ever they do not care about the people who come to get help we will be suing

I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment for a vaccination and they did not EVEN HAVE THE VACCINATION!! I made the appointment the day before TO GET A VACCINATION - how is it even possible they didn't check to see if they had it!? Not to mention I wasted 2 hours of my life in that office FOR NOTHING! I will never go back or recommend anyone to any McLaren office because of this terrible experience. The front desk was completely disorganized and didn't even have me fill out the proper paperwork IN THE HOUR I WAITED before the doctor saw me. I cannot reply to your response for some reason so I will just add to this. Yes Dr VanArk was the doctor. I was told a manager would call me and I have not heard from them yet.

We had a very good experience at Eaton Rapids Emergency. We didn’t have to wait long and everyone was caring, kind and compassionate. Would definitely go there again.
