I have no problem with the medical staff. They were all great. The scheduling department is a whole other story. I was called the day before my appointment and told not to come in because insurance had not approved the test. Then I am called about 20 minutes later and was told that they had. So I show up at the hospital and check in, the woman there tells me I am on the schedule. When I get back to the department doing the test, they tell me my appointment was cancelled. Then they check and see it was not, but there was no one there to do the test. They would have to call someone in. So I had to wait for someone to get there and do the test. I had an 8:15 am time, I got out of there at 10:30. Once again, the medical staff was great. They apologized, I told them it was not their fault. Now I don't k how who works in scheduling but they need to get their act together over there.

Excellent hospital staff, has a martins deli, and very cute gift store with lots of cute stuff for someone. Was very worried for my family members surgery, and they all put my mind at ease! ❤️

This place gives good service but you need to be ready to be charged for preventive services. They do not code things correctly and will not change it when they are called out on it

Went to the Hospital, after waiting for almost a week, because I was having trouble breathing, my heart rate was in the 120’s-130’s when all I was doing was sitting at my desk, couldn’t get to my next class without trying to catch my breath, I had pain inside my chest like someone was squeezing it...when I got to the hospital after just being at UrgentCare, they take me upstairs, stick a needle in my arm to put this stuff in for X-rays (Then they could have removed it later..), and asked me what was wrong. After about 2 hours of them giving me Xray’s, I think a blood test and stuff, they tell me I’m perfectly fine and nothing’s wrong, and ALMOST let me go with the NEEDLE STILL in my ARM! Is my oxygen level supposed to be at 100 then suddenly drop to 75-80 then slowly rise back up to 90-100? My heart rate is unbelievable! I could sit and do nothing and it would be at 125-130. I would understand that if I was walking or doing something like lifting or consistently doing things, but just relaxing? That’s not normal...so after a small bit I had to pay $1500 for the hospital and then about $700 (maybe less) from urgent care, and because “nothing was wrong with me” I MYSELF had to pay for it and I’m STILL paying it off! I don’t recommend this place and I don’t ever want to go anywhere when I’m sick just because I know they’re gonna tell me nothing is wrong or it’s just allergies! An excruciating amount of pain isn’t just allergies, somethings up and I wanna know what’s wrong! What’s REALLY wrong!
