Essentia Health Virginia

I've been going to Essentia now for several years and while most (not all)of the doctors and nurses I've seen have been very friendly and supportive I'm ready to take my health(and business)elsewhere, I've had a few ongoing medical issues for several years now, and I've had the same tests done over and over with the same results 'we can't find anything' yeah that's because you won't try another approach to the problem, and when I've suggested to maybe try something else I feel like I'm getting the brush off. I've had several people suggest other doctors at other establishments who say that they're doctors actually listen to them, so I'll be moving on from Essentia to (hopefully)better service and patient care

If I could give a half star I would that's all I'm saying good luck to anyone trying to get an appointment here they just say go to the ER we have no openings and then when you ask is there a way to prove that you have no openings she says no. By the way ER means alot more money and everyone wonders why insurance is so screwed up now lol.Dumb

I kept on getting transferred to a specific department that never answered and all I wanted to do was make an appointment. The receptionist could use some retraining.

Always good experiences here They have helped me tremendously over the years. I won't go anywhere else.

This place is a absolute joke!! We have been waiting 2 1/2 hours to be seen in the emergency room. People that were waiting have left to go home or other hospitals. No one has checked on any of the people waiting to see if they could help. For the money you people charge you should have the capability and staff to handle problem times like this. Total clown clinic!!! Someone should be fired!!
