Called to ask for a room number so I could send flowers AND.... I waited 5 minutes before I gave up and just called the florist and hoped they’d find out once they got the flowers there. This is how the place is run. Nothing is urgent, nothing is important. It’s better than it was in years past but sometimes it still needs to remember they serve us, not the other way around.

This place is a joke. Do not take loved ones that can’t understand here. They are rude and started to treat my step mom for a completely pt reason than the surgery she was here for. Run... stay far away from Monroe hospital...

My daughter, who is 5 and terrified of all things needles, was referred there to get some blood work done. After the agony that happened to get it, and as we were leaving trying to console her, they came out and said they didn't realize there were two tests to be done and needed to redraw. I was furious, but through screaming and tears we got it done, I tried making a joke to get my daughter to smile about the snot on her face and was given a comment about men and snot. I am going to talk to whoever I need to about this, because this whole thing is a joke. 0 stars would be the preferred rating.

I wish I could give a negative score to these incompetent morons. Please go somewhere else if you need medical treatment or help of any kind. They immediately treat you like your pain is the very least of their concerns. AVOID. Better Business Bureau will get a detailed report.

Unprofessional, corrupt and fraudulant billing department. Double billed for single doctor visit at two different obscene rates, bills never sent to me. When i finally saw them in court while being sued by their friends at merchants credit who also never sent me notice...i saw it was double billed and supposidly zero pay frommy insurance without any insurance adjustment. Checked my insurance for claims to find none from them. Everett clinic is bad, but these guys are straight criminal.
