Evergreen Hospital Medical Center

Awesome Rural Hospital #1 in Alabama Very Professional Staff that are respectful and very Kind to me and my Husband. We couldn't have asked for better service and help. We live in California so we had low expectations, but if every hopital is like Evergreen Medical Center in Evergreen Alabama then my mind has now been changed by actual experience.

Well, I am giving the review an (1) not because the staff, but the facility. They were genuinely friendly and hospitable. I had to visit the hospital because I became sick on my way home from mobile to Birmingham. My daughter had to GPS the closest medical facility and this was it! The equipment was outdated and the ER cubicle were so tiny. I could actually touch the ceiling from the bed, and I am only 5' 4"! Thanks for adjusting my issue! But it was like being in an horror movie. Thought some hideous monsters were going around the corner!

I HAVE HAD ONE OF THE WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCES FROM EVERGREEN HOSPITAL.OUT OF ANY HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN ADMITTED TO OR EVER WALKED INTO.WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MAYBE 3 OR 4 NURSE'S.THE NURSING SUPERVISORS ARE THE ONES IN PARTICULAR HAS TO BE THE MOST HATEFUL AND RUDEST PERSON THAT BREATHS AIR AT THIS HOSPITAL.PLUS ITS KINDA BAD WHEN THIS SAME HOSPITAL AND NURSING SUPERVISORY WANTS A PATIENT TO BRING HIS OR HER OWN MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM HOME.BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT A PATIENT NEEDS.IT'S VERY SAD WHEN A PATIENT IS ALSO TOLD THEY CAN'T BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEDICAL FACILITY. BECAUSE ANOTHER FACILITY WON'T TAKE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR ON GOING CONDITION.I HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY POORLY AT THIS HOSPITAL AS FAR AS HEALTH CARE AND BEING TREATED SO HATEFUL AND RUDE TO BY. NURSING SUPERVISOR.I DONT THINK I'M GONNA BE GOING BACK FOR TREATMENT HERE ANYTIME SOON.BUT I WILL BE SPEAKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON I NEED TO ABOUT THIS MATTER.HOPEFULLY THEY CAN AND WILL HELP ME.IF NOT SO BE IT I'LL THEN TAKE FURTHER ACTION TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION.

Got here at 10:40 this put in hospital at 3pm got to the room at 5 didn't get a good tray nurse come to get no temp. And said the snack cart will be here in a bit no supper for me and she was rude look like you going to pay the money we pay we get better then this

Great doctors and one on one attention. Employees are very nice and helpful
