Everytime I come here it always takes forever even if theres no one around. And after they finally see you be prepared for another 2 hr wait on discharge papers. Ive been sitting here forever waiting on a prescription. And papers for my 5 yr old. Only reason I even come here is because it is close. I'm about to start making the drive to Jamestown everytime instead. Good lord get it together people.

I had a very serious inquiry on my credit and to make a long story short, Sherice (sorry if misspelled) in Billing was AMAZING! she was such a huge help, polite, patient. She made a horrible situation bearable.

I have been to pretty much every hospital in Columbus and never been treated as awful as I was treated here! I only went to that hospital because I was in the area when my medical emergency happened... Next time I will take my chances and be driven 40 minutes away rather than go back there!!! Awful!!
