Florence Hospital at Anthem

Very poor all around! Dr spent maybe 5 minutes speaking with me and didn’t do a very thorough job. Nurses were rude and lacked bed side manner. Complained constantly about how nothing works in the new hospital. Not to mention, the billing lady followed me out of the er room to the front door harassing me because I forgot my wallet at home. I said that my insurance doesn’t have upfront copays and I’ve met my deductible anyway and she continued to tell me I was wrong. Ive had my insurance for two years. Won’t go back and will drive the extra miles to go to somewhere else.

I wish I could give NO STARS! If you can go somewhere else I would recommend that you do that. Save the time and trouble. I have been here several times and each visit has been the same. Very rude unfriendly staff and doctors. One time I came in for allergic reaction and couldn't breath the front desk was more worried about how nice my nails were than trying to get me looked at as quickly as possible. A lot of mis diagnosing. Make you feel like you're a burden for coming into the ER. Fairly fast to get to a room. Wait time in the room is long and unprofessional for a empty hospital. I would never go back again!!!

I used to say how much I admired this hospital, but now after a very traumatic experience in their ER last month I'll never recommend them nor step foot in there again. I'd rather drive the extra time to banner ironwood. I'll be sending them my bill for the therapy I need now. I wish google had no stars because they deserve less.
