Florida Hospital Flagler

I was recently an outpatient at the Advent Health Hospital in Palm Coast. If I could give this facility 10 stars, I would. They offer free valet parking, but I opted to self-park which was very easy. Once inside, the first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean it was. My second observation was the kind smiling face of the receptionist who directed me to the women’s center where I was to have a mammogram. I never look forward to this yearly exam, however, every staff member I encountered there, from check in at the women’s center to the x-ray technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were busy, yet I never felt rushed. It was clear that my comfort was a priority. I highly recommend.

A woman has lost her leg. The case worker took more than a week to get in touch with me regarding this case. She had preconceived notions & was shut down before I even spoke to her. She literally justified not doing her job because it was three against one. Not sure a Christian based hospital is well suited to her.

I've have had 2 recent experiences as an inpatient and ER. The staff has preconceived notions and do not listen to the patient! Even when that patient happens to be a 35 yr ER RN! Who is well versed in MS and simply blown off!

I had concerns going into this, but I am happy to share that my husband's outpatient surgical experience has been fantastic! They called twice prior to surgery to confirm appointment and asked if he had questions or concerns or special needs. He struggled to shake the anesthesia the day of and the nurses and staff were all courteous, kind and took great care of both of us. Then, the day after surgery we received a call checking on him! A+ care! Looking good Advent...thanks for taking good care of us!

Yesterday I was in the Hospital for a bone marrow biopsi and I would like to express my experience that I personally had from the first step that is to be registered to the the final one that is the OK to go home. I WAS treated with respect,love,consideration from everybody ,nurses were so nice to me and The doctor expend time talking to me .I felt a sincere love from every single person that were involved around me for the procedure.THANK YOU VERY MUCH ,and GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
