Quickly accessed in Triage. Then a PA named Travis quickly told my boys after a severe car crash “your kids are strong and healthy-then turning to them-you are fine” without even a full proper exam. I expressed my concern and asked for a second opinion from a doctor. I told them I was worried about a concussion especially with previous concussions. Travis never even did a concussion test. The second opinion doctor listened and was very helpful but proceeded to tell me he trusted Travis’ opinion. After quickly receiving a neck X-ray, waited over 2.5 hours for the results after midnight. My boys are aching from being hit from behind at 60 MPH and have a headache. There is no sense of urgency or concern. We are right outside the nurse station and they are huddled there talking and eating and just hanging out. This place doesn’t appear to be busy. The guest chairs inside the rooms are a metal folding chair. I am thankful no one is actually dying because we would have been dead by now and they would not have found us because they didn’t even come in the room to check.

Came with the wife at 5pm was busy but we waited. Doc came in and diagnosed the problem without ever touching where the pain was. When my wife told her she has been to a chiropractor she said they usually cause more issues with adjustments? How do you make that comment about another doctor? Once we said we were leaving because they wanted to X-ray her back magically things started moving and then at a stand still again. 4 hours and all we had was an ultrasound. No x rays of the hip or pelvis. Not sure why it takes SO LONG, when you look outside the room and there is no one around? Was told the results would be about 20 to 25 minutes it’s been 40 and no one has come back to let us know what’s going on. Would not recommend this place unless you have nothing else to do but waste time. 4 hours and we don’t know anything and no one knows when I asked. Ultra sound tech was really nice but Someone needs to keep an eye on what there employees are doing, because it’s definitely not keep the patient informed. Your at there mercy and they know it. So I try to find out what’s going on, only to have them tell me that well we are waiting for some one to look at the ultrasound then they say didn’t you have the X-rays done? No one knows what’s going on, one hand doesn’t know what the other one is doing. All excuses on why it’s taking so long. I had to give a one star just to write this. As stated before I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

My daughter had her 1st baby here on 7-11. I cannot fully express how blessed I felt with the quality of care she received. Our questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. To those of you in Labor and Delivery, you went above and beyond the call of duty. When life gives you a 360 and people like yourselves step up like you did... I wish you nothing but many blessings 100 times over. Pictures will be sent within several weeks.

Best Er I have been in. Quick, professional, knowledgeable doctors, nurses, and staff. Was extremely impressed and felt very well taken care of. Amazing team and hospital.

Had neck surgery here a few weeks ago. This is by far one of the best hospitals I have been to. The hospital was clean, staff was friendly, and my nurses made my overnight stay more than I could have hoped for. Neuris Avila was the nurse who mainly took care of me. He was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone having a procedure and staying overnight.
