Barbara Newlin

The ER visit was a bad experience. They seemed so disorganized and uninformed. Her abdominal pain was "blown off" as not important. It was 4 hrs before we saw a RN and 5 hrs before they did a CAT scan.. It took another hour for an ultrasound. When they finally got the results, they had to admit her. No one told us anything, not even that she wad to have a cat scan or ultrasound. The floor where they admitted her was great, helpful, friendly, and informative. You can surely do better staffing in the ER.

Been sitting here for over 4 hours. Took me out a room with a bed and put me in an oncology chair. It is extremely cold where we are sitting. Asked for blanket they give you a throw sheet. Was finally approached by a nurse and told me a doctor was willing to do the procedure that I need, but it will take a while. Asked for timeline and wasn't given any. Asked if there is another doctor that would do it. Been 45 minutes and no information. Horrible place constantly tries to upsell.

Horrible experience other than three nurses In the emergency room. I was there for 8 hours with a kidney stone. I never actually was seen by a doctor. I was told to unhook myself and go home. I was given discharge papers, no or explained what I should do (first kidney stone). Upon further review I was supposed to receive a strainer and I did not. I always used Floyd even gave birth to my son there but sadly I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Rude staff. Tried calling to check on my loved one and they raised their voice and gave me attitude over the phone and they never give you a full report either they always give you half answers to your questions.

Horribly rude elderly woman working at the main entrance information desk sitting on the left side of desk, No smile and she was behaving as if she is doing favor to us . Very unfriendly and unprofessional person ( guess she doesn’t know what is hospitality mean)don't work in customer service. There are so many complaints and bad reviews so why hospital management not taking any action on such staff or replace them with someone professional and friendly?
