Excellent service to my Mother who came in by Ambulance. ER was wonderful, Surgery went very well, and service provided for 3 days post OP was excellent. Beautiful new building, laid out very well. Overall extremely satisfied with entire ordeal!

This place is horrid. Go at your own risk.. Don't try to make test appointments cause they won't call back.. 30 calls later no answer... Radiology Dept made the appointment NOT Central Scheduling who don't return calls cause they have to work.. is horrid.. Terrible suffering having horrid pain can't walk needed this test....Think We will go to Laporte Hospital at least we can get appointment. No one knows what each other are doing at St. Anthony hospital.. No one!!!! The wait in E.R. God forbid should it be critical. A friend took her sister there who walked in.. And sister that took her to E.R. had to leave her in the room in back, to pick child up from school. Hospital never checked on woman she died (was 30 years old) in ER Major heart attack was never checked on once she got put in a room over an hour.. Sister walked back in to a blue sister.... No staff in E.R. Checked on her. Major heart attack and without oxygen for who knows how long. Critical care we were told to leave it was 8 p.m. so if your loved ones are critical and might die you are forced to leave the hospital.. Real compassion there.. They moved to New place to get rid of low paying state insurance.. Cause a lot of elderly live in other district and walked to see their loved ones.. Now no visits for the loved ones. They have also cancelled State insurance they don't want you in their hospital. Only paying patients.. Go at your own risk...

I was seen as a pt in the ER and my treatment was top notch. I was triaged in a timely manner and the ER physician was quick to determine the cause of my illness. I hope to never need emergent services again but if I do I would definitely go back!

I was just in here last night & had a positive experience. Staff was attentive, tests were run fairly quickly, & I was out the door in under 3 hrs w/a referral for a specialist. To all you folks complaining about the long wait times... I worked 3 yrs in EMS in this region & can tell you that there is NO guarantee of timely service if you're triaged green. Y'all have NO IDEA how often there are mass casualty incidents & other high influxes of patients who are unstable or actively dying. If you're healthy enough to walk out, you don't have a true emergency. And regarding the "unprofessional" remarks some of you heard: These health care providers work day-in & day-out on truly horrifying cases with ungrateful & sometimes dangerous patients. They get somewhat callused to the "finer points" discussing charts, esp. with one another. ER's are small & fairly open; they don't have private lounges to retire to. So maybe step back & develop some empathy for the workers in this extremely grueling job.
