Franciscan St Francis Health – Mooresville

Went in and all the staff was very polite and helpful. When I go in its usually during the night. The overnight staff is always happy and they will joke around with you when you joke with them. Overall I say this is the best hospital I have been to since I was young and I will keep going to until I actually pass away.

Terribly Rude about the two person only policy. I understand English no need to interrogate me every time I go to visit my sick family member. Makes guests feel unwelcome. It’s like they don’t want you there.

My primary care doctor is located here and my children also see a pedestrian at this location. I am very satisfied with both doctors, as well as all of the other medical staff I have come across here. We originally chose doctors here because they are close to our home, but I am so thankful that we did because it is always a good experience.

This hospital has horrible billing practices. I had a $2000 ER bill after a car accident and was told to do their charity application to get an affordable payment plan because I could not afford $90 a month. I kept calling and emailing and was told this takes up to 90 days. I finally got a response that I could not receive financial assistance and that my account was sent to collections. They did not even have the common courtesy to first tell me it was denied and then let me work out a payment plan, they just sent me straight to collections. What a horrible way to treat people!

This is one of the nicest, friendliest hospitals I’ve ever been to.
