I gave 1 star because I have to. If you want to be alive and in good health avoid this facility. The ER is an overglorified vet clinic, in fact, I wouldn't take my dog to this facility. They have misdiagnosed numerous heart attacks that were diagnosed after taking the patient to another facility. Left my significant other sitting 45 minutes waiting on a physician while he was having a heart attack that they misdiagnosed and after insisting he betransfered to Mercy they diagnosed and treated, second time it happened there. And on top of all that didn't begin cpr for over 14 minutes on another relative I took in. Why bother at that point? Save your family member and call an ambulance and go elsewhere.

New additions to the FGH provider family have really made a difference! As a daughter transitioning to partially caring for a parent, Dr. Singh was knowledgeable and patient, not only addressing my mothers issues as a patient and being through, but also validating my concerns and needs as I learn my new role. Very impressed! most recently I called to get my sick niece in and was squeezed in by Ally last minute who took wonderful care of her and got us in and out quickly!

Franklin Country View Nursing Home is the worst place to take your love ones. They mistreat there residents, one nurse who works there acts all sweet but really she is mean towards everyone, but mostly give you attitude, I don't recommend having your love ones her.

Great staff, friendly, clean, great doctors.

Go there if you want to die. A bunch of idiots. Seriously.
